Tryotic Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2025

Introduction

AtikoLabs ("AtikoLabs", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Tryotic iOS app ("Tryotic" or the "app") collects, uses, and shares your personal information. By using Tryotic, you agree to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Tryotic is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our services:

  • Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and password. If you choose to sign up or log in via Google or Apple authentication, we receive information such as your name and email from those providers (per their privacy policies).
  • User Content (Images): We collect and store images and other content you upload to Tryotic (e.g. photos of apparel, shoes, bags, accessories). We also store the AI-generated images that we create for you using those uploads. This is necessary to provide the service (e.g. allowing you to re-download or view your results).
  • Usage Data and Device Information: We automatically collect information about how you use the app and your device. This Usage Data may include your device type/model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (such as Apple's "Identifier for Vendor"), IP address, app activity (such as features used and timestamps), and anonymized crash logs. We collect these details to understand user engagement, diagnose technical issues, and improve Tryotic's functionality.
  • Payment Information: If you make purchases (such as buying image generation credits or subscribing to a premium plan), we will collect information related to the transaction. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment processors (for example, credit card processors or the App Store). We do not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers. We may retain non-sensitive details like the transaction date, the amount, and a partial card identifier or payment method type for record-keeping and to manage your purchases.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Providing and Maintaining the Service: We use your information to operate Tryotic and provide its core features. For instance, your email and password (or third-party login info) are used to authenticate your account, and your uploaded images are used to generate new stylized images as requested.
  • AI Image Generation: Tryotic integrates with a third-party artificial intelligence service (the Gemini API via fal.ai) to generate stylized images. When you request an image generation, your uploaded content is sent securely to this AI service. We use your data in this context only to fulfill your requested generations, and we do not use your uploads to train our own models without your consent.
  • Storage and Access: We store your original images and generated images in our cloud storage (provided by Supabase) so that you can access them within the app. Your images and account details are stored on Supabase's databases and storage systems, which are protected by their security measures.
  • Improvement and Analytics: We may use Usage Data and device information to analyze how users interact with Tryotic, so we can improve the app's performance, user interface, and features. We may also use crash reports or error logs to fix bugs.
  • Communication: We may use your email address to send you service-related communications. We will not send you marketing emails unless you have opted in. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.
  • Payments and Account Management: We use payment and account information to facilitate purchases of credits or subscriptions.

3. How We Share Your Information

We only share your information in a few specific situations:

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We rely on reputable third parties to operate Tryotic's infrastructure and features. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their functions. This includes Supabase (database and file storage), Authentication Providers (Google & Apple), AI Processing (fal.ai / Gemini API), and Payment Processors.
  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or legal process.
  • Protection of Rights and Safety: We may share information if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service.
  • Business Transfers: If AtikoLabs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the involved third party as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information.
  • With Your Consent: In cases where you have explicitly given us consent to share your information, we will do so.

We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

4. Children's Privacy

Tryotic is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.

5. Payments and Purchases

When you purchase credits or subscribe to a premium plan within Tryotic, the transaction is handled through secure third-party services. We do not store your payment card details on our own servers. We maintain records of your purchases to manage your account and provide the service.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable laws, you have certain rights regarding your information:

  • Access and Portability: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: You have the right to correct or update inaccurate personal information.
  • Deletion: You have the right to deletion (the "right to be forgotten"). You can request that we delete your personal data, such as your account information and any images you've uploaded. The fastest way to do this is via the in-app deletion tool.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
  • Objection and Restriction: You may have the right to object to or request that we restrict certain data processing.
  • Disable Analytics/Tracking: You can contact us for assistance in opting out of any analytics or data collection.
  • California Residents: You have specific privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA.

To exercise any of these rights, please see the Contact Us section below.

7. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement reasonable and industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls. We choose reputable third-party providers that have their own strong security practices. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it. We keep your account data and user content as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize this data from our production systems. Transaction records may be retained for accounting and tax obligations as required by law.

9. App Privacy Details for iOS (Apple "Nutrition Label")

To satisfy Apple's App Store disclosure rules, the table below groups every data type that Tryotic or its integrated SDKs collect, the purpose for collecting it, whether it is linked to you, and whether it is used to track you across third-party apps or websites.

We do not collect location data, HealthKit data, advertising identifiers, or any data for cross-app tracking purposes.

10. Face Images and Retention Period

User-supplied photos may contain a recognizable face.

  • Retention: Original and generated images remain in your account until you delete them, or until 30 days after you delete your account (to allow for mistake recovery and to propagate through encrypted backups). After that they are permanently purged from all active and backup systems.
  • Training: We do not use your images (or any derived facial embeddings) to train machine-learning models without your explicit, pro-active consent.

11. Third-party SDKs and Privacy Links

We embed a small number of open-source or commercial libraries that operate strictly under our instructions. Each provider's own privacy documentation is available here:

SupabaseAuthentication, Postgres database, image/object storageEmail, user ID, photos, generated imageshttps://supabase.com/privacy

These partners act as processors/service providers and may not use your data for their own marketing or profiling.

12. No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) Prompt

Tryotic does not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites and does not access the device advertising identifier (IDFA). Consequently, we do not display Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission dialog.

13. Account & Data Deletion (In-App)

You can delete your account at any time directly within the app:

  1. Open Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app.
  2. Confirm with your password/biometric.

We immediately revoke access tokens; within 24 hours all personal data and images are removed from production databases and storage. Encrypted backups purge after 30 days. Deletion requests can also be sent to info@atikolabs.com, but the in-app method is fastest.

14. Privacy Manifest Compliance

All third-party SDKs bundled with Tryotic include an Apple PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest that matches the data types declared above, or we provide an umbrella manifest on their behalf.

15. International Data Transfers

AtikoLabs is based in Turkey. The services we use might store or process data on servers located in other countries. This means your personal information may be transferred to and stored in a country different from your home country. We will ensure such transfers are done in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using Tryotic, you understand that your data may be transferred to our servers and third-party partners in other jurisdictions.

16. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. For significant changes, we might provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of Tryotic after any update constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

17. Contact Us

If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your personal data, please contact us:

We will do our best to address your inquiry promptly and thoroughly. By using Tryotic, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
